📦 Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns on used or opened items. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help.

✨ Exchanges / Replacements

We accept exchange or replacement requests only in the following cases:

  • The product arrived damaged or broken

  • You received the wrong item

  • There is a manufacturing defect

Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing us at [your email] with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2–3 business days.

⏳ Timeline

Once your exchange is approved, we’ll ship the replacement product within 5–7 business days. We may require the damaged item to be returned to us, in which case, we’ll arrange the return pickup.

❗️Important Notes

  • Variations in color, frosting, or minor imperfections are natural in handcrafted and soy-based products. These do not affect product quality or performance and are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Products on sale or clearance, and custom or personalized orders, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
